Our privacy commitments apply to everyone who has a relationship with Crypton Mobile, LLC — including customers and website visitors. This Privacy Policy, appearing in FAQ format below, identifies and describes the way Crypton Mobile, LLC (“Crypton Mobile”, “we”, “our” and “us”) uses and protects the information we collect about customers and users.  The term “you” or “your” includes any of your subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and parent or legal guardian.  All use of Crypton Mobile products and services (including, but not limited to: E-Signature Services, E-Vault Services, SMS, Email, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Short Links and Identity Verification), as well as visits to our websites, are subject to this Privacy Policy.

What information do we collect?

When you use our services, we collect certain information about your activity and the messages that you send and receive. This information may include the intended recipients of messages from you, senders of messages to you, dates of a message, times of a message, information about your interactions with messages, information about attempts to screen capture (e.g., by a recipient of your message(s) or by you), information about which contacts you interact with. This information may also include information about the specific device you use to accessor use our services, such as IP address, operating system, Internet browser type, language, other applications running on your device, hardware type, MAC address or another unique identifier, network information, device phone number, mobile carrier, and location.

We also collect information from you when you use any of our services, register on our site or place an order.  When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What do we use your information for?

How do we protect your information?

Do we use cookies?

Business Transfer

Crypton Mobile may, in the future, sell or otherwise transfer some or all of its assets to a third party.
